1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pn777 ("pn777," "we," "us," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pn777 website at pn777.vip and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Service").

3. Account Security and Verification (KYC)

6. Rules of Play and Wagering

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pn777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pn777 platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or losses arising from unauthorized access to your account.

pn777's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their pn777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits pn777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
